  I have had numerous new cars and trucks and Jimmy Smith is by far the best experience I have had. Matt was phenomenal to work with helping me decide on the truck based on my needs and wants and got me into a good deal on my 2026 1500 Denali Ultimate. Finance was quick and smooth and car prep was great. I test drove a few trucks with Matt ran numbers solidified everything before lunch and picked my truck up that afternoon. Everyone was upfront honest and good to work with. The service department is great!!! The service manager is beyond amazing. That whole team goes above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. At most dealerships I dread dealing with service, but the management and service advisors at Jimmy Smith make an unwanted experience good. They are quick, thorough and work with you to ensure the best options are selected. I can’t recommend this service team enough.

  Matthew Glenn provided excellent customer service as I was deciding on a new vehicle purchase. He answered/returned phone calls and texts promptly and made the process easy and seamless. From quoting, to selling, to financing, manager Austin Smith and team made the experience an efficient and enjoyable one.

  My name is Nathan Snow Sr on 3/30/26 at around 3pm. I was very interested in buying a 3500 denali truck and was disrespected by the Wesley “GM”. He was very hostile as we were trying to come to a conclusion on numbers. He stated “I wanna say some negative to you, which is very inappropriate to convey to a costumer. The problem was they had 3 thousand dollars that wasn’t on the paper that was hidden in the price that didn’t make sense and he couldn’t make sense of simple math. This was completely outline and disrespectful. He kept telling me he removed the taxes and got irritated that he couldn’t prove what was already on paper. I had a trade in with equity but he couldn’t explain the taxes remaining when he stated that it was accredited to me. Not only was he disrespectful, didn’t show professionalism but also threaten to verbal assault me. Which caused me to get up and leave.

  Melissa and Megan are the best service advisors in ALL of Alabama. Jimmy Smith is the best GMC dealer in Alabama hands down. Service, professionalism, and a very genuine caring staff. When you pass through those doors at Jimmy Smith you are always greeted with curtesy and a smile, you don't feel like family because you already are!!!
