    I went here to get my oil changed about a month ago and usually for the most part everyone was ok. But this last time I went like I said about a month ago I told one of the guys that I had a $20 off coupon. He then acted like he got mad all because I was using it. He said in a smart ass tone, why use a coupon? What are you going to do when we stop those and you ppl can’t use them anymore? Well Im still going to get my oil changed because thats what you do. I asked him why was he being snarky about it that was it going to come out of his check. I haven’t been back since.

    I’ve been a regular customer at this location for over a year, visiting frequently since I travel more than 500 miles a week for work. However, my experience today was very disappointing. The employee I interacted with was unprofessional and made multiple unfair, judgmental assumptions about me and my finances, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. On top of that, oil is often spilled during my visits, and I’ve had to tighten loose fluid caps myself afterward. This visit was the final straw. I will not be returning.

    I took my 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Shelby GT500 Restomod to the Athens, AL Valvoline store with my own oil and oil filter. Due to mistakes of my own making, I bought the incorrect oil filter and temp manager Brad was kind enough, and completely service oriented, to drive me twice to a local auto parts store in order to get the correct oil filter as Valvoline did not carry the one for my classic muscle car. I will never forget the level of service from Brad or Valvoline. Thank you.
