They were done “inspecting” it in about 5 minutes. They did confirm that it was out of alignment, but I knew that. They stated both inner tie rods were bad, and a lower control arm and they couldn’t align it. Took it to a different shop that I’ve used multiple times. 15 minutes after dropping off for repair, I get a call stating that there’s no issues with my tie rods at all and they don’t know what the other tech saw that made them say I needed both inner tie rods. Just a heads up to always get a second opinion!

I had my BMW Roadster tires balanced two times in a row (days) at the local dealer and all I could hear were hermonic vibrations! Even at 25 mph. I went to Tire Discounters, told them about the issue, and the manager, Joseph, said to me, "bro, I got your back. To insure the most reliable tire balance for me, he even had the mechanic calibrate the balance machine for me, since it was late in the day. O my... this car drives like a dream now. When I left the BWM dealer, two times, last week, I felt like I was driving a Yugo that had not been balanced in 5 years! My car is so darn smooth now! Off the cHaRtS! Tire Discounters, has your back! They keep their shop super clean and calibrate their equipment daily! Joseph even showed me the calibration schedule and how they confirm it was completed, to ensure they always provide optimal service to their customers! All of the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable! I will never go anywhere else for tire work and oil changes on my BMW Roadster! (P.S.
