- CBC BFeb 23, 20261.0I visited this shop at 8:30 on Saturday and asked that they look at my driver rear tire which was leaking air. I requested that they either patch it up, or replace it. At 10:30 I was called and asked why I had dropped the car off. I repeated the issue about a leaking tire needed a patch or replacement. At 12:30 they called me and said the leak was so bad a patch would not suffice, and I needed a new tire. I okayed this process. At 2:15 my car was ready and I picked it up. When I got home I realized they had changed the wrong tire. My passenger rear tire was replaced, not my driver rear tire. Yet, the receipt I have says driver rear was changed, and each time I spoke to them I requested the driver rear be addressed. Also, I don't understand not only why my perfectly good tire was replaced, but also why they said the leak was so bad it needed to be replaced, when it was a new tire! And they left me with the leaking flat one! I've called a few times to have this issue addressed, but so far I've just been told I'll be contacted again soon.

The customer service from the employees and especially the GM Joseph Craft was top notch. They were efficient and expedient . Good prices and excellent service.
