  Renting an auto from Enterprise on hwy 72 Athens, Alabama turned out to be a totally awesome experience. From the moment I reserved my automobile to the day I returned it John, the manager and his entire team were so very helpful and accommodating. John took very good care of me by helping me select the correct vehicle for my needs. The whole process was very efficient and customer service was impeccable. My particular situation required pick up and drop off and my driver was not only very kind and polite but totally on time which resulting in no waiting what so ever. The entire crew in that location work in unison, they're professional and they treat their customers like they are very important to them. I will definitely use this Enterprise location in the future. A huge "Thank You" to everyone!

  Best place in Alabama if you want a nice car. John is the GOAT……I was given a nice Sonata to drive…. They appreciate the Military and our service……

  The people at this Enterprise office in Athens, Alabama were professional and answered my questions. The employees are the reason I keep coming back to Enterprise. The car was great and the process was smooth.

  HI IM MISS HAAS (maiden name on ID) Stating this b/c i want upper management to know I JUST rented a car & have used this location for MANY rentals over the last 10 years!!! I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION! Particularly the newest managerJONATHAN 👏🏼 👏🏼 !!!!! I loved Austin as well (the previous manager) but Jonathan was just as fantastic!!!! he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was happy with my rental & cost🥰🥰 I could live hours away & would still probably try to use the Athens location for my rental needs! They entire staff & crew have ALWAYS been phenomenal to me & I appreciate them soo much cuz everyone knows when you need a rental due to an accident or car troubles ITS SOO STRESSFUL! So to have such an awesome team keep your spirits high with trying to help as much as they can IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Jonathan definitely deserves a raise!
