Have to wait on managers override. OK 10 mins later I ask where is the Manger oh around corner outside talking to other managers. I went and kindly asked if she would do override. She went in store looked at the boy and said he is capable of completing this task of yours went back out. He then waited for another boy. We finally got out! We've decided we are not going back. Everytime which is often we own a business so I know a little. It's sad when they stop valuing customers and are plain rude. Good luck. The manager is female blonde who acts like we and others haven't any knowledge.
