It’s a pretty high volume store so the staff is always helping someone,either on the phone or in the store. It would serve corporate to develop a rolling phone service. If the employees have someone in front of them, they shouldn’t have to answer the phone and since AutoZone has districts, the calls should be set up to roll over to the low volume stores in the area since you are able to see inventory for all stores in your district. If I were strictly going off customer service at Athens I’d give 5 stars.

After my battery replacement, I had some electrical issues, and when my car completely lost power the next day, Holly personally stepped in to help. She immediately sent Bobby to meet me a couple of miles from the store and tighten everything down to make sure I was safely back on the road. Most places would have told me to tow the car in, but they went above and beyond with real customer service. Holly and Bobby truly cared, and they followed through on everything they said. I really appreciate this store — they stand by their work and take care of their customers.
