Establish public trust in branding then exploit the customer’s trust while pretending it was all the customers fault all behind the veil customers failing! They openly practice preying on your need for auto care while trusting in their appearance once you turn vehicle over to them you become prey! The entire business depends on your silence and acceptance to be ignorant to their schemes and complicit! They have your car after all in their possession unwatched and at their mercy to be honest! The employees behaviors give it all away!
- SFStephan FrankMar 29, 20261.0They get one star only because zero stars is not an option. My son was heading back to college and discovered a flat. We installed the spare and called Mavis. They said that it would take about 15 minutes and to bring it on. When he arrived, they told him that they couldn't do it today. He would need to leave it for tomorrow. It is very frustrating that he drove 25 minutes to the shop, AFTER being told to bring it on, only to be told that they wouldn't do it today. Poor customer service at its finest. Never will Mavis have to worry about any business from this family.
