  You can always count on Mavis to do professional work to your car or truck. Not only that they have the best customer service and once your vehicle is logged into their computer they have help you service your vehicle at any of there many location. I feel fine with Mavis on my Mind.

  Came in to have my alignment checked, ended up not needing it. But did need a set of tires. Kerry took great care of me with a fantastic deal on a new set with road hazards

  On Friday the 13th I had tires installed on my 2009 Mercedes c300 4 matic for $ 972.52 a fair price . Iwas told that the cv boots in the front were torn and leaking badly and clicking as well. At no time have I heard any clicking of any kind coming from the front axels, so when I returned home I git doen under to check the drive shafts and boots, wh8xh my car.is all wheel drive, and their is no tearing or cracking and no leaking any where and to properly check the inner cv joints you have to remove a large cover underneath for protection which was not done though the outer joints can be easily seen. I am mechanically in blind and have preformed many repairs on many of my automobiles, bit can no longer do the repairs due to age and physical limitations .I did decline an alignment on the front end at the time, but it was noted on the invoice that I had declined but I was not offered an extended warranty on the tires which was stated that I had declined the warranty. I was not given a detailed estimate, stating which boots were cracking and leaking, because there are 4 cv joints and 4 boots. I called about what I found and the method which was used to inspect the boots was ridiculous and it didn't involve removing the cover under the car. I canceled the appointment which I had made for those repairs. If you are an older person and drive a Mercedes I would think more than twice about trusting Mavis Tire.

  Lifesavers!!! I do a lot of interstate driving and got a flat tire far away from home and, because my vehicle is quite old, the tires always have to be ordered in advance, regardless of who's selling them. Matthew quickly patched up my existing tire with full remaining life expectancy, and I could make it home for work the next day. Awesome! Will definitely stop here again next time I need tires/brakes.

  Wasn’t expecting to be a customer but I am glad I became one. Thank you Brian. Traveling through on a Sunday and they were the only place open. Super helpful, customer-friendly, and timely service. I recommend them to anyone in the area with a need for tires, brakes, or other service.
