The employee or manager I spoke to at the help desk wasn’t friendly, not very helpful and always seems like he’s just waiting for you to stop talking. On top of that, this was by far the most expensive and most time consuming oil change I’ve ever gotten. I would suggest if you must come here to get an oil change, drop your vehicle off and have someone drive you back. You will be better off using that time for something productive like finding a new hobby, getting a college education or even starting a family. Not a good business whatsoever. Thats 100 bucks and over 2 hours I unfortunately won’t be able to get back.

They checked the pressure in each time and bought it back up to code. No CHARGES. Last Wednesday, I spotted a male tire. Again, I went to Mavis and Ray and the crew fix the tire. No charge. with smiles on their faces. This is a wonderful place to do business. Great customer service, thank you

Customer service was absolutely wonderful and the staff their all very professional, vehicle knowledgeable & helpful especially the young lady that’s the front desk representative. She’s kind, professional and will try to help assist customers greatly. The manager he’s also great & will most definitely try to help find a solution of what’s going on with your vehicle and will try to get you the best rate possible. In October 2025 I had my breaks replaced and my vehicle is moving and operating so much better thanks to awesome service from Mavis Tires & Breaks. I will most definitely recommend Mavis to anyone looking for great quality. Thank you all I most definitely will be a returning customer.
