The enterprises out here never answer the phone and never have any cars available they supposedly can’t check other locations for you either or get a car from another location then when you speak with a manager if you get lucky they will tell you they are short staffed and have nothing available and it’s best to reserve 48 hours ahead and a customer service manager was supposed to call us and never did it’s been a week they need help corporate pay attention !! Just go to Hertz where it’s short simple and sweet !

Also, she went above and beyond to make sure that she checked the vehicle before we left, and she found my wallet and a piece of paperwork that was needed in her findings and ran to our vehicle with us pulling golf to make sure we had it!

Chelsea quickly perceived the predicament and solved it for me even without my asking. Was really greatful for the solution to keep the car and was out in minutes. Chelsea has a great disposition and wears a helping hat.
