    First, I was very pleased with the service that we received at Goo Goo but, today I went through the car wash (we have a monthly membership) and I drove up the the entrance where the arm raises to let you through and I was approached by a young lady and she asked me if I would like an air freshener, I said yes please. The lady said with a very smart tone, "Well, you didn't have to pull up so far so I could hand it to you!" I said to the lady that I was sorry for pulling up to far but you don't have to be so hateful. The lady said that she wasn't being hateful and I replied to her that she definitely was. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "I am the manager and you need to go and get your car washed and I replied back to her and she said again that I need to go on before she runs me out of there. I went on through the car wash and as I drove around I stopped and said, "Ma'am, can I have your name?" She said my name is none of your business and you will never know my name! I will be cancelling our membership and moving to the new location! There was no call for the actions that she chose to take in being hateful like that to paying customers!
