  I helped my elderly grandparents with the purchase of a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately the experience ended up being very disappointing. At the beginning, everything seemed great. The dealership handled most of the process remotely and even delivered the vehicle to my grandparents’ home, which is over an hour away. We appreciated that level of service. However, once the vehicle arrived, we noticed issues that should have been caught before delivery. The rear tail light had condensation in it, and the rear bumper was not flush with the vehicle. It looked like the bumper had either been removed previously or possibly hit at some point. Unfortunately, we did not notice this until most of the paperwork had already been signed. To their credit, the dealership did agree to take the vehicle back to address the issues. While the vehicle was back at the dealership for about four days, my grandparents called to cancel the extended warranty after realizing they wouldn’t drive enough miles to justify it. Shortly after that, I received a call from the owner who told me my grandparents needed to keep the warranty. I explained that ultimately the purchase decision was theirs. Before returning the vehicle to them, the owner also spoke directly with my grandparents and told them they would either have to keep the warranty or the dealership would not sell them the vehicle. At that point the paperwork had not been fully completed. My grandparents really wanted the vehicle, so they felt pressured to keep the warranty even though they were uncomfortable with the payment. When the vehicle was returned, the tail light appears to have been fixed, but the rear bumper still looks the same as before. The process started off very positive, but the way the warranty situation was handled and the fact that the bumper issue still wasn’t properly addressed left us very disappointed. I would encourage others to carefully inspect the vehicle and review all terms before completing the purchase.

  We are very happy with the customer service from Thomas, he answered all our questions and was so nice. Jim explained the whole financing process and answered all of our questions and was so nice. We definitely recommend for your next vehicle purchase!

  Delighted, so pleased, would recommend to anyone. After the most annoying two weeks getting the run around from several large Atlanta dealerships, I reached out to one last dealership - thankfully this one. Had what I wanted, facilitated financing and delivered it the next day. So grateful and will be back for our next one.

  Ford sends info that it’s time for oil change and other things. Make appointment now. You do only to get to Ford be told we don’t make appointments. Waste of time.

  Buying a new car can be a really stressful and expensive process, but our experience with Gilbert and Baugh Ford completely changed that for us. We had about a 2-hour drive to get there, and with my husband’s work schedule, we ended up arriving much later than planned. Even though we kept Randy and Thomas there past closing, they never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They were patient, kind, and truly focused on helping us. We felt like we got a fair price on the vehicle we purchased and a fair value for our trade-in, which made the whole process feel honest and straightforward. What really stood out, though, was how far they went for our family. When the bank closed before we could finish everything, Randy (the owner) had an employee drive two hours just to hand-deliver our new car to us. That level of service is rare and meant so much to us. Overall, this was an incredible experience from start to finish. We felt taken care of every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience.
