  honestly such a wonderful experience. collin did my oil change, he was very thorough and even took the time to explain stuff to me. with the help of paco, chase, and xza everything was perfect on my car when I left and they all made me feel so comfortable (especially being a woman I cant say that for every car place). there is a reason I always come to this location for my oil changes and anything else and they prove it every time. thank you guys so much!!

  Great customer service! Collin was fantastic in checking everything and explaining any issues that were found. Without him I would have never known that my rear light was out.

  I want to thank Don Frank and the boys at Express Oil Change in Alabaster for the awesome service. They changed my oil, topped off all my fluids, and replaced my air filter, all in less than 10 minutes. They got me in and out quick and did a great job. Again appreciate Don and the crew for taking care of my car. Definitely recommend them!

  I love this location! They are always kind and attentive. Nate was especially helpful and although the shop was very busy, he remembered my request and answered my questions.

  I always choose this place in Alabaster. The service is always great and will accommodate you the soonest they can. The staff are nice and will answer all your question to the best of their knowledge. Highly recommended. My mechanic Jorge did great today! Keep up the good work.
