They stayed for 40 minutes until they fixed the problem I can not thank them enough for what they did but out of the kindness of their hearts they help me and my mum get back on the road. I would definitely recommend Anyone that is having Problems with their vehicles give these guys a call. They were a godsend today. P.S. didn’t mind watching him work either very handsome man. - GHGerville Harlequin6 days ago1.0Ordered the Michelin Pilot Sport S4 front tires for my Lexus RC F. Instead Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 were installed. Mind you I currently have the Michelin Pilot Sport S4 installed on the rear. Manager on duty just stated we can put your old tires back on. Well the old tires have wires exposed and are no longer drivable. After all the money I spent at this place throughout the years just to receive such crap customer service. After the change in management this place has gone down hill. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

The team, especially **JEFF**, went **above and beyond** to help me. He didn't rush me out the door; instead, he took the time to quickly replace the battery, and get me safely back on the road. The level of **kindness and incredible customer service** I received, particularly so late in the day, was outstanding. This is now my go-to place for all my car needs. **Highly, highly recommend!** **5/5 stars isn't enough!**
- WWWOct 18, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this shop since its inception but I won’t be returning. When I arrived for my appointment the parking lot was full but no cars were in the bays. Entered the building only to stand up front for 10+ minutes while the shop manager and all the tech hung around a computer in the shop leaning on the counter talking. Requested certain brand of oil and filter be used and was refused, even offered to pay more if we could make it happen, but again was refused. Went down the road to Precision,they greeted me in the parking lot and was so happy to help.
