  Stopped by NTB in Alabaster today. I came in for 4 new tires and the Tech Derrek got it done way faster than I expected. Patrick & Kyle were professional and easy to talk to. They also showed me a few things my car will need soon and explained it from most important to least, which I appreciated. My Car drives great now and feels smooth again. I’ll definitely be back soon for the other work. Thanks again Patrick and Kyle.

  The manager Patrick at the Alabaster location is great! He has great customer service and is very helpful. I had to get new struts and shocks. I called 3 other places and NTB was by far the best deal. One place quoted me $200 higher than NTB and that DIDNT include an alignment.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this NTB location. I originally came in just to have four new tires installed. I did not plan on replacing my shocks and struts, but the manager strongly pushed me into doing it while my car was there. I trusted their recommendation, which turned out to be a mistake. My vehicle ended up being kept at the shop for three days because they stripped a bolt during the repair and had to order a replacement part. After multiple attempts to pick my car up, I show up to the store and wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before I walk out to the back and ask if someone can help me. Meanwhile, there’s 4 guys sitting around doing nothing. The manger finally comes out and informs me my power steering was messed up, something that had never been an issue before bringing it in. The manager stated he did not have the tools to fix the power steering. Because my car was not safe to drive, I had to have it towed to another mechanic to figure out what was going on. I am now being told that my power steering system needs to be replaced, only 3 shocks were installed and the CV axle has been punctured! Which is a major and extremely expensive repair that started immediately after the work performed at NTB. All of these screw ups just for some tires! To make matters worse, when I tried to escalate the issue, the manager refused to provide me with the contact information for corporate. Being left without a vehicle for days, paying for a tow, and now facing a major repair after work performed at this shop is completely unacceptable. I hope someone from NTB corporate sees this review and reaches out, because this situation needs to be addressed and they need to pay for the damages they have caused.

  I let the tires come loose from the rims on my trailer dolly. After fooling with them sometime, I decided to take them to somebody who knows what they were doing. Patrick and Vince at NTB in Alabaster Alabama took care of the problem within minutes. They were very helpful and very polite, and I will continue to take my business to NTB in Alabaster Alabama.
