He even did a side-by-side comparison, which I truly appreciated—it helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured. I went ahead and had it replaced as well. Joshua was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. Todd, Harold, and Robert were equally courteous and efficient, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. This team provided honest, transparent, and top-notch customer service.
