Save your money and go to the Express on Industrial near Milo's or go to Mavis/Tuffy down the road further. I have never had to deal with such a rude tech for this company until today. Hire a service writer to handle calls as this place sucks for customer service.

Both Ton and Aaron were very pleasant and professional. Interestingly, Ton's real name is Tom, but there was a mistake on his name tag, which reads Ton. Ton was kind and exuded southern charm. I will return for my next oil change.

I really enjoy the technicians in the oil change bay, especially Collin. They do a fantastic job. But yesterday, I decided to get my tires rotated at this facility. I waited in the lobby for a little longer than normal, but they were busy at the time so I didn't mind. I took my car home that night and everything was fine. The next morning, I woke up and 2 of my tires were completely flat. It turns out they broke my valve stems on both of them. When I called them to tell them that, the person answering the phone was extremely rude, said that they could not be held responsible for that and I would need to pay to get them fixed. They would not take responsibility for breaking my property and refused to fix it without paying them and arm and a leg. Luckily, I took by car to a different business and they were extremely helpful and kind, even apologizing for the actions of the people at Express Oil and fixed everything free of charge. I will not be going back to this location of Express Oil Change.
