- AOAilton Gomes OliveiraSep 9, 20264.0Atendimento atencioso.
- YSYachna SeelochunSep 1, 20261.0WATCH OUT! Very disappointing experience. I rented a car with both the pick-up and return location clearly booked as Saranda Port. I returned the car to the correct location at Saranda Port yesterday but today I received an email claiming that I had dropped the car off at Tirana Airport and that they are charging me £144 from my deposit! This is completely incorrect and extremely frustrating. I returned the car exactly where I was supposed to. I have emailed customer service and tried calling multiple times, but so far I have received no response.
