  Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La voiture était neuve, propre et conforme à la réservation. La personne qui m’a accueillie à l’aller comme au retour a été vraiment très sympathique, professionnelle et disponible. Le service était parfait et l’expérience très agréable. Je recommande cette agence sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci encore ! 😊 Melissa PEREZ

  DO NOT BOOK The car they gave me was extremely old and in poor condition. It was not even cleaned properly from inside. The car was making a some warning noise a lot of time without showing any warning signals on the dashboard and it used to go away after turning the car on/off a few times so definitely some sensor was broken. More importantly the local staff was not polite and took a full day extra charge + 30% of the normal day rate for returning the car a couple of hours late. I strongly recommend to not book from these guys.

  I had a very good experience with my 2 day car rental. Very clean, full tank of gas and super helpful staff.

  Double price compared with other countries. Car had several damages, I would say it was trash (see pictures). We changed it to another one which was not much better. Don’t now how it works at other rentals in Albania but this was poor.
