- JCJake CooneySep 8, 20265.0I rarely use Alamo (I have status elsewhere) but I had no issues. They upgraded me even to a better car for free. Pleasant staff at the Sarande office. The office front in Sarande is not exactly where Google and Apple Maps says it is — it’s around the corner. I had a long wait but once I got my car all was well. I did a return in Tirana and they her an after hours key drop that worked perfectly. I recommend Alamo in Albania highly!
- LCLéo CAug 27, 20265.0Great experience with Alano Saranda, staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, car in superb condition, return took practically no time. Location is very convenient right next to the ferry terminal. Would recommend to others.
- ARAlex RosenAug 20, 20265.0Very friendly and forthcoming service ! Quick and uncomplicated. Thank you!
- OHOscar HjalmasAug 15, 20265.0Extremely slow service. But very helpful. Have patience, these guys do anything for you!
- AEAli EJul 19, 20265.0Note: Location as mentioned by other reviewers is not right. It’s actually slightly closer to the port/beach by the roundabout. We got the car we booked, in good condition and had no issues with it during our trip. Staff were friendly too.
