  Great service, I got the car in Saranda where the guy on the desk was super nice and dropped the car in Tirana which was super fast.

  We had a good experience with Enterprise. The car was in good condition and a hybrid (great for gas). Arber was super professional upon our return when dealing with a minor scratch. Would recommend you renting from here.

  everything went okay, we went in and could rent right away. but is was relatively expensive, because it’s high season. i also think it’s because we had no reservations and less choice. we had a technical issue with the car but our emails were replied swiftly and we were reassured and helped. Now, i’m just waiting for my reserved deposit to be cancelled by the company. it’s 14 days and they said 10. so hope this is resolved soon. will update my review then.

  We rented a car over 5 days, easy process pick up and we were an hour late dropping off due to driving from south and lots of traffic, the guys were really friendly and understanding saying we could have been charged an extra day but they waived the fee as it was only an hour. I’d highly recommend
