We were completely satisfied with the service. Mr. Arber in particular was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout. We would absolutely recommend their service to anyone traveling through the beautiful country of Albania.

A shady organisation - we returned our already heavily scratched car to the dealership, where they immediately began to point out scratches that were apparently new. We actually managed to disprove one of the scratches on a video which we had taken, which clearly shows they are willing to lie and scam, but unfortunately they still tried to charge for a couple which were not clearly shown in our video. They tried to charge us €750 initially, before dropping to €500, which we had to accept due to us needing to leave Tirana. A terrible experience, avoid at all costs or make sure to film every inch of the car once rented.

I had a great experience at the Enterprise in Tirana city. They had my car ready when I arrived, everyone was very friendly and professional, the car was in good condition and dropoff was easy. I would definitely recommend this location!
