  Zeer goed. Keurige auto. Schoon en netjes. Geen extra verzekering. Na 16 dagen rondreizen teruggebracht. We hadden een sterretje in het voorraam. Was geen probleem. Aanrader !

  Excellent customer service. Tani is a rockstar! We rented this van for 10 days and was able to tour Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The opportunity to explore Adriatic coast without stress is one of the biggest factors when it comes to renting a car and touring on your own terms. Using a reputable international brand like Enterprise makes all the difference when you're wrapping the last bit of your trip. Renting a car is a bit like renting a friend. You trust it, it trusts you and you do your best to get it home safely. This Enterprise is unusually thorough in their return process. Be sure to capture as many photos as you can from every possible angle of the vehicle to ensure that you have a very clear picture of the vehicles condition upon pickup and return. In my case, neither the representative who delivered the vehicle or myself took photo angles that represented the bottom of the carriage. I am grateful for Tani's professionalism and thorough review my rental case. We were able to leave our trusty friend back home, in good hands, in good condition.   Bad company. Got linked with it over sunny cars and was absolutely dissapointed. We booked a car which we didn't get. The guy on the counter told us it is a better car. The car we got lost air the whole trip. On top of that the made us good an extra driver because they didn't accept my credit card and only accept a credit card if it is named on a drive. So we basically paied an extra 80 Euro just to pay with our credit card. The guy on the counter was not friendly at all and arrogant - once and never again!

  Do not book with them! They say they have 24/7 roadside assistance but when we got a flat tire at 12 am there was no answer on the phone for over 6 hours. We also had to pay for the tire repair ourselves (40,000 lek) and they will not reimburse us even though they offer roadside assistance. It’s a scam. Enterprise main office won’t help either.

  Very disappointing experience with our Albania car rental through CheapTickets / CarTrawler / Enterprise Albania. We specifically booked a Mitsubishi Pajero or similar terrain vehicle for a mountain road trip, but received a Renault Koleos instead — a standard SUV that was not suitable for the route we had planned. Enterprise later confirmed that the advertised vehicle type is not even part of their fleet. What made the experience worse was the customer service afterwards. We were repeatedly promised updates and even told a full refund would be arranged, but we constantly had to chase responses ourselves. Deadlines kept being pushed back, communication was inconsistent, and after weeks there was still no real resolution. Because of the wrong vehicle, we had to cancel a major part of our planned route through the Albanian mountains, which significantly impacted our holiday. The most frustrating part remains that vehicles appear to be advertised online that are not actually available in the local fleet.
