  Wir haben im Mai 2026 einen Mietwagen für eine Woche bei Enterprise gebucht. Die Abholung hat mehr als 30 Minuten gedaurt, und das Warten in der prallen Sonne war schon kein Spaß. Das Auto war OK. Allerdings hatte der Bordcomputer ein ziemliches Problem. Er ist ständig abgestürzt und musste neu starten. An eine Navigation mit Google Maps war nicht zu denken. Der Hammer kam dann einige Wochen nach der Rückgabe. Meine Kreditkarte wurde nochmal mit knapp 40 Euro belastet. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Verkehrsverstoß begangen. Die Zahlung kann ich nicht über die Bank rückgängig machen, weil sie über die Kaution autorisiert war. Enterprise hat mir aber auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage kein offizielles Dokument über den Verstoß geschickt. Ich vermute, dass es einfach keins gibt. In meinen Augen wäre das dann Betrug.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this car rental company. The customer service has been absolutely terrible, and my experience has been nothing but frustration. I returned the vehicle 2 days early, and I am still waiting for my €58 refund. It has now been almost two months, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have received no meaningful response and, more importantly, no refund. What is especially frustrating is that they had absolutely no problem charging me for the fuel immediately, but when it comes to returning money that is owed to the customer, suddenly nobody seems to care. They were very quick to take my money and incredibly slow to return it. I have followed up, waited patiently, and given them more than enough time to resolve this. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Customer service has essentially ignored the issue rather than taking responsibility and providing a simple update. We’ll definitely not be coming back!!

  Absolute con artists. Man at the desk completely missold us insurance, and then the complaints procedure did not assist us at all, leaving us out of pocket. Steer clear of these terrible people.
