I booked a car from this company from August 20-27. GPS was not functioning. We had to use our phones to go on the 7 days trip. Daily price was €72.00/day for Renault Koleos. We dropped this car one day earlier and this company never gave our money back for this day. I called couple to get reimbursement back €72.00 but every time the representative lied saying we did send money to your Credit Card account.it has been 6-7 weeks and still no money back. Very disappointing with this company that I really trusted at the beginning. Never will recommend it . 😞

Thanks for the great experience with your company. A car was clean, modern, comfortable, my wife loved its colour and it helped us to explore beauties of Albania. Unfortunately somebody crashed this car in a parking lot and drove away. Your very friendly and kind office worker explained me this situation so I had no problem to pay this damage afterwards and send all documents to my insurance company to pay it back. When we visit Albania again we will rent a car at your company again.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Enterprise at Tirana Airport. We had an issue with our car (entirely my fault), and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find us the perfect replacement within the car category we had booked. We used the car for a road trip through the Balkans, and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Thank you to the team at Enterprise Tirana Airport for such a great experience!

We rented a car with Enterprise for our 2 week stay in Albania and everything went smoothly from start to finish, including the pick up and return of the car. We were told on pick up that we had received a free upgrade and were given an SUV, which we happily accepted. Both the service and the car were flawless - besides from a few minor damages on the outside of the car, which we were told not to worry about and were not a problem, neither on return. We can recommend this rental station!

Excellent experience with Enterprise at Tirana Airport! Ina at the desk was incredibly helpful. She asked about our previous experience and kindly offered us a free upgrade to a brand-new Peugeot 2008 SUV. The new parking building makes pickup and return very convenient, and the whole process was smooth and streamlined. We were very pleased with the service and the car. Highly recommended!
