  Met onze huurwagen van Alamo hadden we kleine glasschade aan achterlicht opgelopen. Bij teruggave vd wagen en na check van heel vriendelijke man, werden wij verwezen naar Ina vh Alamo kantoor die de zaak verder afhandelde...en na overleg met haar baas werd schade niet verrekend, gezien het om heel geringe schade ging! Wat een service!! Top van Ina! Volgende keer, zeker terug Alamo. Dank Ina!!

  Finger weg von den Betrügern die Kaution bekommt Ihr nie wieder, des Weiteren wird einfach von der Visa Karte unautorisiert abgebucht. Wenn du eine Visa Debit vorzeigst bekommst du einfach 300 € Versicherung unautorisiert abgebucht auch das Geld bekommst du auch nicht wieder. Echt schade das Land ist wirklich schön Aber sowas macht es dann natürlich kaputt.

  Not what you expect from an international brand. The car collection process was a little complicated. It had the longest queue of all other car rentals at the airport, and then you have to walk to a nearby car park, take a lift into a poorly lit car park section on the 4th floor. You can’t even see the sign for Alamo, and there’s no office. So you kind of guess it might be them. Then the chaos ensues. There’s no order to how to collect the car. The same guy is collecting and giving your cars, so both sets of customers are waiting for a lucky dip. Our rental car wasn’t even there. Apparently, they had to drive it for us to the car park, which took at least half an hour of waiting. The car we received did 60,000 km. Driving out of the car park was a pain because on floors 1 to 3, people park poorly often obstructing the drive. The location pinned on Google Maps is not correct.

Ofis bankosundaki arkadaşların ilgisi, sıcaklığı ve yol haritamız için verdikleri tavsiyeler harikaydı. Biz normalde manuel vites bir araç kiralamıştık fakat bankodaki görevli arkadaşın bize yaptığı büyük jestle otomatik vites ve uzun kasa Opel Zafira teslim aldık. 4 aile olarak çok büyük ve çok sayıda bavulumuz vardı; aracın uzun kasa olmasından dolayı bagaj alanı o kadar büyüktü ki tüm yükümüzü hiç zorlanmadan aldı. Araç çok konforluydu, yol boyunca bizi inanılmaz rahat ettirdi. Sadece ofis içi değil, otoparkta aracı teslim eden personelin detaylı bilgilendirmesi ve seyahatimiz bittiğinde aracı geri teslim alan arkadaşın kibarlığı, güler yüzü de işletmenin kalitesini kanıtlar nitelikteydi. Kusursuz bir ekip, harika bir filo! Kesinlikle 5 yıldızdan fazlasını hak ediyorlar.
