You cannot reach anyone (human) by phone!! The automated phone process was extremely lengthy, I was able to go online and submit a quote request and receive it via email faster than I made it thru the phone process. While I appreciate the convenience of automated systems (at times), and I understand the lack of staff issues companies are experiencing these days, speaking to a human is STILL worth it's weight in gold and goes a long way in obtaining new customers and their business. I will not be taking our business to Safelite after this experience and will find another local glass company that will work with you in person
