  I had an appointment scheduled to fix an oil leak on my work van but the day I made the appointment, my oil cooler line completely ruptured and put me out of commission work-wise. Derek went out of his way to get me back up and running, days before my scheduled appointment. Clear communication and preventative maintenance options to boot. This is my guy now.   These guys are great! I stumbled upon Precision Diesel & Fleet searching Google for my truck repair. They got my business truck in quick for a diagnose and had a great estimate process with outstanding communication. I had a very intense and costly repair needed and they completed it in a fair amount of time and was fair on the price. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back.

  The crew at Precision Diesel and Fleet are great. I asked for an estimate for a specific issue and they provided me with a breakdown of the costs along with a list of other things they found. The estimate had photos attached of the things they discovered. There was never any pressure to do the repairs. When I dropped off the truck for my appointment, they got started on it right away. Derek updated me often as the work progressed. Once my truck was complete, Derek spent time explaining things and answering all my questions. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back to Precision Diesel and Fleet for any project I can’t tackle myself.

  Derek and the team are great. They stayed in communication, talked to me about repair options, and let me know how the work was progressing. It was an expensive repair that was made less painful because I felt confident that they were taking good care of me.

  The crew at precision did a great job working on my truck. They fixed my main concerns with the truck that I was having. Communication always seems to lack with shops, but not with this place. Will definitely keep you informed throughout the process. Will be back when I need service again. Thanks Derek!
