Keith at the office gave me great information about handling insurance stuff (we’ve never had an accident so we are clueless). Jason called and was very friendly and professional and arrived to pick up the car quickly. Definitely recommend these guys.

I'm so sorry I forgot the guy's name but he was really quick, extremely nice, and got me out of there in just a minute or two. And he even waited for me to get through the driveway and to my house before he left, in case I got stuck again. Thank you so much to Elite Towing! I'm hoping not to get stuck again, but if I do it's good knowing you guys are around!
