- NSNaomi SMar 7, 20261.0UPDATE: The company publicly posts that someone will call as if they're going to attempt to right the wrong however I instead received a call that was a 'sorry you are still mad and I'm only calling because I have to' waste of my time. This is a prime example of a company feeling like mediocrity is ok because options are limited. People can still use a cab, Toro or lyft to get around here in Juneau. When I originally booked, I arrived and they didn't have a vehicle prepared for me and I had to pay for a lyft to get back home. Then, the car that they gave me the second time around had a gas cover that didn't open when you pulled the lever. So it took two people to put gas in. So when I returned the car, my husband was now out of town, I was then supposed to be charged pump price to fill the tank up (which was at half). Because it was an issue with a car that they provided, I shouldn't have to pay for gas at all. This was one of the worst and most expensive renal car experiences I have had in a long time and I have rented cars across the country. I was especially disappointed in this experience because I usually have great experiences with Alamo and Enterprise.
