  I rented a vehicle at the Juneau AK, airport and had no issues with National. The rental policy was completed in about 5-mins, and it was short walk to get to the vehicle from the National desk.

  I’m not lying when I say National Car Rental saved my trip to Juneau! I booked a car rental with Budget a few days in advance of my port day in Juneau. Upon arriving, I was told by the Budget rep that they could not honor my reservation because they had no cars available and that I should have booked “weeks in advance.” Highly disappointed, I was unsure what to do. Our cruise was only in Juneau for half a day and had a list of places I wanted to check out before leaving. Luckily, Dawn at National was able to assist me in getting a last minute car, and, the best part, it was at a rate cheaper than what I booked with Budget. Please if you’re planning on renting a car in Juneau please book through National!! Thank you so much, Dawn!

  Always friendly staff, quick and efficient! Once an agent stayed open beyond work hours in past to accommodate flight delay!

  National at Juneau was courteous and friendly. My car was a very nice Ford Fusion, clean and ready to go. Drop off was in the wee hours and I forgot my folio in the car, and even though I was supposed to write down the mileage and deposit with the keys I had no time to go back to the car so I just dropped my keys in the slot. They still processed my receipt and emailed it to me the very next day without complaint, bless them.
