  Very nice renting with Alamo, always quick and friendly service. They never pressure you to upgrade or anything and they are very accommodating as well. Customer service is always great and kind. Saw them helping another not so great customer in front of me and let me tell you the worker was very gracious, patient, understanding, attentive and caring for the customer, even though the customer was rude and having a bad day, the customer service worker kept the smile on their face and even calmed down the customer and they were laughing in the end of it all. Talk about professionalism at its best. I do also have to say that I love renting with themas all i have to do is show them my travel itinerary at check in and I use my debit card and theres no deposits or extras added at the end. Plus a week car rental was under $300, talk about one heck of a deal. Thanks for caring about your customers, giving affordable rentals and not just treating us like a dollar sign.
