I discovered the problem and asked Fairbanks Jiffy Lube for a new oil filter and 2 quarts of oil. They gracefully obliged. The Jiffy Lube on College has always treated me well.

I was misled into paying for unnecessary repairs, including spark plugs and a battery. The engine oil was still dirty after their service, which strongly suggests the oil change was not done properly. This caused me thousands of dollars in losses, including rental costs and business downtime. The shop has refused to take responsibility and continues to delay without any resolution. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
