  A friend recommended I go here for an oil change about a year or two ago and I don't think I'll go anywhere else unless I literally have to. When I find something that I like and works I don't typically change locations. The reps and employees have been really awesome to me and take their time to answer my questions about my car and help me understand more than I knew going in. Just a week or two ago I dropped by because the pressure in my tires were really low due to the cold and Fred's air compressor was out of order and they helped me out immediately. I really appreciate their willingness to help and commitment to the community. You can tell that they care and that to me is a vital component of customer service. Thank you!

  The People over at Point S are awesome! Not only do they get the job done in a timely matter; they also have a great attitude. I’ve brought two vehicles in to them now and each time I felt like they were handled with care. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in to get an oil change.

  Had 3 guys help me out with my car my tires were wobbly and i needed the peace of mind to stay on the road up here so i called and they had good availability to get it looked at.

  My spouse and I were very impressed in making our first service contact with Point S Tire and Lube today. We called in the late morning and they worked us in right away.   I've been there a couple times now. They were great! I felt like I had someone working on my vehicle who was competent & whom I could trust. They were patient when I phoned the previous owner of my vehicle to find out what in the zip ties he'd done to my headlight wiring, when I went to get a headlight changed. I've also had my oil & filter changed & the cabin air filter changed. I like their convenient location. They really seem competent, not like a 'herd 'em in, herd 'em out' operation (in which things can be overlooked) & they're nice, too. 💯
