  The desk team was amazing. The car options where perfect for Alaska conditions. The counter is directly next to baggage claim which is easy to locate.

  We rented a truck from this location over the Christmas holiday. We did encounter an issue with our first truck, however after a telephone call, they were quick to swap the truck out right away. The onsite manager was very helpful and friendly!

  One of the worst National car rental counters!!! AVOID this place! They ask you to call their assistance number for any support but if you call, they are rude and offer no help. Had to get a 3rd party cab company to help me out. They tack on additional charges at the end of the reservation and don't inform you until the last moment. I would give this a 0 star if possible!

  Received a clean, very effective Chevy Malibu to use along with great service from Sara of National at the Fairbanks, AK airport. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She also connected us to wonderful places to see while we were visiting the area. Highly recommend!
