When complete, I was told that they didn't do the chassis lube because it was too cold and the "grease fittings would snap off". I WAS NOT TOLD LUBE WOULD NOT BE PERFORMED. Then they wanted to charge full price!! Had to argue to reduce the price (only gave a 10% military discount). Granted it was cold (-10) but I've lived in Fairbanks for almost 40 years and have had plenty of winter oil changes. Never heard that excuse before. Wouldn't have minded so much if I was told beforehand that half the job wouldn't get done so I could go somewhere else. I should add that I haven't had a problem here before. Maybe the tech wanted to go home early or didn't want to get dirty.

They were all bustling around making sure everybody got in and out quick. They offered me water and explained to me what was going on while it was happening. It was a really great experience and I was super appreciative of the quick service because I had my toddler with me. I’ve been going here years that I’ve never had a problem, Great Shop.
- TJTimmy JesseeDec 11, 20251.0Ok well u ask it was terrible I would not bring my moped to the jiffy lube that Is near me the service was unfriendly I sat and watched the crew stand aro I nd and do nothing the one guy washed my window exactly like a lazy person yes its cold out but your service man got upset I think because I wasn't goin to pay again for service they did not do wen they pul ll Ed truck out they left my driver's side window down at 30 below zero I will never come back to you people ever and don't recommend your jiffy lube 2 any one im sorry to say this but man the guy washing my windows was not doin a good job at all I wish I would have recorded the absolute worst excuse for a jiffy lube crew o t her than the guy that changed my oil that's all they did 4 129 bucks and dude acted cause I did not have time or money to waste on a crap job thank you for letting me express my experience at our fairbanks jiffy lubricant won't give out the location of this store but there's only 2
