We went there to simply put air in the tires and he stated it’s going to be an hour wait because “it’s not important.” I’ve used Jiffy Lube for our vehicle services for years now. I guess if keeping a customer isn’t important we’ll go somewhere else.

I was greeted very friendly. They opened on time and had me come to the waiting room as they drove the car in for service. They recommended a few things as they always do, but I was not pressured into getting them done like most places do. I did take advantage of the passenger air filter as I did not know how to get to it and it did need replacing. The cost was minimal. They did a thorough inspection and topped off my fluids. The price was reasonable for Alaska standards. The time I was there was only about 20 minutes tops and I was on my way. They brought the car to the front entrance for me and reminded me that I can get fluids topped off for free anywhere Jiffy Lube is in America. I had a wonderful experience. i usually do not like getting oil changes as they always recommend 1000 dollars worth of services and try to pressure you into the importance of needing them. I will surely use them again. Thank you for the great experience.

These guys are my go to for years since living here.
