  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Amber, and I felt it was important to leave a detailed review because her level of customer service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Amber was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to listen carefully to what I was dealing with instead of rushing me or giving a quick, generic answer. It was clear right away that she really knows her stuff and takes pride in helping customers the right way. Amber went above and beyond when it came to finding the correct parts I needed. She didn’t just point me toward an aisle and move on—she actively researched, double-checked compatibility, and explained the differences between options so I could make an informed decision. She made sure I understood why certain parts were better for my situation, which gave me a lot of confidence in what I was buying.   BEWARE, These guys are selling used tools for same price as new and advertising that they are being sold as new. Dont find out your buying used stuff at new prices until you get there
