- KCKevin ChungSep 16, 20255.0Friendly and thorough, even double-checking if we’ve made sure to not forget anything, and asking if we had any damages to report upon return, to give the customer a chance to be trustworthy. It was actually mind-tripping hearing these questions when practically 99% of places don’t care about this, or slyly apply damage charges after your rental end, and you’re left to fend for yourself / dispute on a 1-800 number. I always worry that someone lies about something and defer blame to the next renter, but the overall amount of trust they place on the renter is commendable/refreshing. Thanks Alamo/National Fairbanks team! P.S., You can always differentiate a Fairbanks rental with the classic engine block plug ;)
