  This was a wonderful rental car experience! Picking up and returning was a breeze. Our agents were fun, helpful and professional. We rented a Chevy Traverse AWD and were grateful for the tires with great tread. The car was clean and ran really well. Having an AWD on icy, snowy roads in Fairbanks made driving more relaxing for sure!!

  몇달전 차량을 예약했다. 여행 당일 비행기편이 딜레이되면서 비행기가 변경되었다. 예약 페이지에서 도착 항공편을 변경했고 메일도 보냈다. 하지만 공항에 도착하니 차량은 취소되었다는 말만 반복했다. 다음날 다시 가서 물어보니 차량 예약이 취소된 이유는 차량 고장으로 인해 이용 가능한 차량이 없었기 때문입니다. 또한, 많은 차량이 기상 악화로 인해 운행 불능 상태입니다. 라는 말만 반복했다. 미안하다는 말 한마디 하지 않았고 나의 여행을 망쳐놨다. I booked a car a few months ago. The flight was changed due to the delay of the flight on the day of the trip. I changed the arrival flight on the booking page and sent an email. But when I arrived at the airport, I just repeated that the car was canceled. When I went back the next day and asked, the reason why the reservation was canceled was because there were no cars available due to a breakdown in the car. Also, many cars are out of service due to bad weather. They didn't say sorry and ruined my trip

  Alamo/National at the Fairbanks airport ruined our vacation. We are here for a week, and when we arrived to pick up our rental we were told they are not honoring reservations because they are too cold. Now we are stuck at the airport and in Fairbanks for the next week unable to do anything we planned on. I will never to business with them ever again. I recommend doing business with any other rental company, they will at least honor your reservation.

  Alamo Reservation Confirmation 159277xxxxfor FAIRBANKS INTL AIRPORT (FAI) 這是我的確認訂單，但到機場後被無條件取消，雖然我選擇到店付款，但一到櫃檯服務人員就說我的車被取消了沒有別的車沒有別的辦法，只叫我們去別的地方問，如果你不想在零下攝氏20度拖著行李找不到車，訂別間租車公司吧，對了我直接在櫃檯訂車價格是這間的半價🤗🤗🤗
