  Had a really great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash today. The mat cleaning machine wasn’t working, but an employee Taylov stepped in right away and helped me pressure wash my car mats instead. They didn’t have to do that, and it honestly made a big difference. It’s easy to overlook little things like that, but that kind of effort and customer service really stands out. My van (and mats) came out super clean, and I left feeling taken care of. Definitely appreciate employees who go the extra mile—thank you!

  Taylor provided exceptional customer service! He was attentive, skilled, kind and professional. He really helped me out by running all 8 of my SUV’s floor mats through the mat cleaner. Good bye winter grime! We highly recommend to all Tommy’s Express Carwash off of Abbott, not only for their excellent wash and vacuums, but it is also a clean and efficient atmosphere all around with the best customer service I’ve experienced at a carwash business.

  I call Tommy's Express and talk to Evelyn regarding the membership. She was very knowledgeable and professional with answers all of my questions. I recommend the management to give her a bonus and decent raise. Also I hope you keep employee like Evelyn in your company for a long time to succeed in your business....Also I went today Valerie did help me clean my mats and also help me with vacuum. I really appreciate her service with recommend management to keep her in the company for a long time including she desires decent raise and bonus....What business we have in Anchorage-ak with a full of talent including Taylor, Ronald, Valerie, Evelyn extremely helpful staffs, with very professional attitude, knowledge, kind and hard working, motivated. My request to management kindly give them decent bonus. I will recommend everyone in Anchorage-ak to support this stuffs and business.....

  I went to the Tommy’s wash here In Anchorage , service was good , convenient , quick . The free vacuums are for sure nice after the wash. As well as the free mat service which Jaz, an employee who was doing the mat washing . As I was drawing my truck near the mat station, she came up and asked if I would like to get my mats washed and I had told her that I’ve done it previously when I came a couple days prior, and I just told her that there was still a little bit on them because it was something that I needed to pressure wash that was not coming off from their mat Washer. She’s in offered to pressure wash them for me which she did and got them very clean, so she went above and beyond as I was not offered that from the previous person that washed my mats and had seen that they were clearly not cleaned all the way when they gave them back to me, so thank you to her for the extra effort.

  Love this place. Convenient, quick, and great. The best part is, their staff is great and very kind all the time. Today for example, I did my normal daily wash and decided to vacuum my car. As I was vacuuming, Evelyn approaches me and offers to clean my mats in the machine. Note that I haven’t used this feature before but was always curious. I continued vacuuming and get closer to finishing but vacuum times out and a male worker noticed and hits the button to power it back on… I was amazed… then Evelyn brings my mats over and provides great customer service again. She smiled, she was kind and genuine. In a world where it feels customer service has gone down hill, these are type of experiences reminds you that it’s not. Thanks for the amazing experience Tommy’s Express Car Wash.
