    I got hit so it was frustrating to have to drop my car off at the shop and get a rental but the staff here were super friendly and made it really quick and easy to pick up and drop off the rental

    Amazing experience thanks to Marcus and Jonathon. The whole process was quick and easy all while not overlooking the small details. I was also able to get picked up and dropped off after my reservation was over.

    They worked with me through the wntire insirance process, extended my rental beyond the insurance time frame and were gracious when I had to keep pushing it out. The frosting on the cake is how well they handled the situation when I returned the car with a cracked fender from hoing over a snow burm from a plow. I felt so awful, there was absolutely no judgment. They explained what would happen and left it up to the insurance. Top Notch all the way around!

    Each gentleman that I dealt with over there was kind, professional, friendly, and helpful both in person and over the phone. I really liked the phone menu option to select #2 for insurance claim. Seemed to speed up the process, was given an all wheel drive suv similar to my own car, and got to try out a 2024 Mazda CX-3. Great experience during a stressful accident claim. Thanks!!
