- MSManchim Shimaneng5 days ago2.0I was hesitant to write this review because I do feel that they tried to do their part, but I don’t agree with the outcome of their investigation regarding my claim. I purchased my truck shortly after Thanksgiving. About a week later, I signed up for the one-month free trial and planned to continue the subscription. During my first visit, I didn’t notice anything unusual it was dark most of the time here in Anchorage. A few days later, I went in for another wash. The truck looked clean, so again, I didn’t pay close attention. After getting off work later that day, I noticed circular scrape marks all around my truck. Even the passenger-side window had scratches. I spoke with the manager, who was very accommodating and accepted my claim. After about three weeks, I was informed that my claim would not be covered because, according to their investigation, the damage wasn’t consistent with their equipment and the vehicle behind me didn’t report any damage. I personally don’t agree with that conclusion, but that was their final decision. I just want others to be aware make sure to carefully inspect your vehicle immediately after the wash for any damage. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location or using this type of car wash again. I’ll be sticking with a touchless/laser wash moving forward.
