That’s enough to upset anybody… but satellite works with state farm and they got me in the same day before the cold spider cracked my windshield. The repairs were amazing and you basically can tell it happened. The people are super friendly and easy to work with . Thank you again guys .

The Safelite website caused total frustration because it would not let me provide the information Safelite needed to source a new windshield. When I finally drove over to the office to speak to them in person, the ball got rolling. The local techs were great as were the local managers Kyle Stone and Travis Blocker, both ot whom were very helpful and professional. Teri Alfonso, responsible for acquiring and shipping the windshield to the local office was absolutely excellent. She was extremely diligent when setting up a new supply channel for Safelite to get the window I needed and followed up to keep the process on track. Safelite has now three new customers for our model.
