Also typical corporate bologna with failure to recognize poor work and terms of the warranty. I had my windshield replaced after a chip and crack. 3 weeks after replacement, no new chips or trauma, and the first cold snap and the glass cracked along the entire length of the bottom seal. They claim it was caused by impact stroke with no means of recompense. Hooray “corporate America” and “high quality” work. Would never go here again. Take your claims elsewhere if able. Re your response: To correct your mis-speak - the new failure, not new damage. I have wasted enough time with this establishment and will happily seek work elsewhere. Cannot reiterate my discontent with your business enough.
