They mentioned some suggested services but weren’t pushy, were happy to check both of my filters when I couldn’t remember which needed replacement, and worked efficiently. Lots of smiles amongst the crew, which is always great to see!

My only suggestion is that you should encourage all your customers to keep a service log for their vehicle (which I do) so they know what has been done in the past and when, so that when Jiffy Lube staff offer a service, the customer knows if that service is appropriate at the current time. Would even be better if Jiffy Lube computer system retains this information, which it did not for my vehicle.

Everything looked good and they refilled my windshield fluid, no questions/no charge. Although, they could not help with the engine light, they were very helpful with my concerns. Unfortunately, I can only go to the dealership for the issue in my car. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Around 8:15 a.m., an employee who was present went from car to car to inform everyone that they were waiting for another employee to arrive and unlock the door. The business finally opened at 8:45 am, and we were let in. The tech let me know that there were four cars ahead of me for service, so I decided to wait. While waiting, I noticed that within an hour of opening, one of the techs took a lunch/snack break, followed by a cigarette break. They must have lost count or forgotten about my vehicle for a tire change because people who had arrived after me were receiving service before me. I will never take my vehicle here again. Unprofessionalism all around.
