I’ve never done an oil change so the process was new to me, but Sam walked me through the process. Immediately after, Felise met with me to get details of my car. They then signaled me to drive in, and they let me stay in my car while they changed the oil. It was quick and so easy! I had minor issue resetting the oil change light but Reuben was able to get into my infotainment system and reset the oil change light. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! Excellent service, great pricing, and quality people and products.
