They are always fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they explain everything before they complete the service. From being greeted and escorted into the waiting area, to being escorted to my vehicle when the job is completed, their customer service is excellent. The waiting area isn't fancy, but there is fresh coffee, a tv, and a public restroom, and a wide variety of magazines. They are also fast! I'm a very happy repeat customer and I will remain so.

Within five minutes I was greeted and given an estimate on time until my vehicle was seen. I was offered coffee and tea and given a chair in the lobby to wait in. My tires were rotated, mounted, and balanced oil and fluids checked during a busy afternoon in about one hour. Cost was acceptable and I am on my way. See you come 3000 miles!

The young man came outside & greeted me promptly and told me of the 20 minute wait, but said the oil change would be done within 45 minutes total including the wait time. He invited me & my pup inside to wait, it was clean & tidy inside, and he pointed out the coffee/tea/water station. He explained that my new (used) car used synthetic oil and the price is a bit higher for synthetic oil, which I knew but it was nice that he explained it. When my car was done another polite young man came in & got me, rang me out, and I asked him to show me how to read the dipstick, so he took me outside, popped the hood & showed me. Very good service, will go back to this location next time.
