Other business should take a page from your customer services deliverables. As a customer I can choose where I want to spend my money for the services I need. The staff made me feel like my business was appreciated and not needed, which I think is a feeling that we all want to feel when we walk to any establishment where we spend our hard earned money. Big thanks to all the workers at this location. I will definitely be back so you all can service my vehicles.

Did he want me to give him the keys now or later. When they pull the vehicle. In. And very sarcastic he said “ well that’s if you want me to work on your vehicle”. Not in a funny way. Bec I get it. Just very sarcastic. He wasn’t friendly at all either when I left. But the USO’s I’ve always dellt with there are very friendly. So next time ima just go on the weekend. When they’re working. That other gentleman. I did not like his sarcastic attitude. When all I did was ask a simple question. Bec usually they tell me to hold on to them. So when they’re about to grab it. I just hand them the keys. Simple. But he just made it seem more of an issue than it was. I’m still going to come here. Just not gunna deal with him anymore.

I noticed that I don’t get the same quality of Customer Service from the Anchorage Midas so my Dad referred me to this E Tudor Jiffy Lube location! During my first visit, SJ was the associate that approached me and offered assistance. I came for a simple air fill for my tires and SJ went above and beyond to find the source of my tire issues, patched up the hole, and sealed the tires! He was thorough, helpful and had a great personality! Since then him and the team have taken care of all my car maintenance needs! Today, I came in to get my coolant checked and taken care of! Jeremy assisted me today and was just as awesome as SJ! He made sure that my coolant levels were good and didn't take up too much of my time today. He was straight forward and very prompt. He did more than I could have asked for today! Each visit, your team exudes such consistent work ethic, a can do attitude, and awesome efforts. You guys get the job done promptly and efficiently! Totally recommend this location and their team!! Thank you guys for always taking care of me and Storm (my lil blue VW)!
