- AFAndre FairbanksSep 19, 20255.0So I was referred to FATS from another mechanic shop. I don’t live in Anchorage and I’m only there a couple days a month for work. I called and got the manager Josh. Told him the situation that I was flying in 4 days from now. He said no problem since I was bringing the hard to get part with my from Michigan. He said just drop the keys and leave the car when you land in the early morning. They not only squeezed me in but they replaced my wiper motor for 1/3 the price BMW was going to charge me. They replaced it in under 3 hours $150 LESS than what was quoted to me over the phone!!! Nobody comes in less than the quote! Amazing service and will only use them from now on!

I found out some really good info for FATS auto. The customer service writer told me a lot of info that saved me a lot of money in the long run. He shed some light on the engine rebuild process and what it takes to get the engines to work right. He saved me a lot of heartache. Thx for your help. I will look to do business for them in the future.
