The frosting on the cake is how well they handled the situation when I returned the car with a cracked fender from hoing over a snow burm from a plow. I felt so awful, there was absolutely no judgment. They explained what would happen and left it up to the insurance. Top Notch all the way around!

I really liked the phone menu option to select #2 for insurance claim. Seemed to speed up the process, was given an all wheel drive suv similar to my own car, and got to try out a 2024 Mazda CX-3.
