When the desk clerk saw all of our instruments (we are professional musicians), they immediately double-checked and gave us the next size up vehicle. We were impressed with the combination snow broom/ice scraper (very thoughtful). The car was perfect for our needs I would suggest that "tourists" be educated on freezing brakes - we had no idea why the brakes were so noisy!
