When one tire went flat in –20° weather, she aired it up just enough to get home safely. Instead of honoring the warranty on a tire that was only months old, this shop refused coverage and made her pay for another new tire. Charging a customer after they paid for protection is unacceptable, and this experience was very disappointing. Plan on calling Firestone shortly
