Before checkout, I took photos of every side of the vehicle to document its condition, except under the bumper. When I returned the truck, they immediately flagged a bump under the bumper. I know for certain I didn’t cause this damage, as I had no accidents and didn’t hit anything while backing up. Despite this, I was charged $2,200 for the damage. If you’re renting from Alamo or Enterprise, be sure to take detailed photos of every part of the vehicle, including underneath, to avoid being unfairly charged. I believe this was an attempt to scam me, and I don’t want others to fall victim to the same issue.

We were able to reserve the needed SUV before our trip and then pick it up right there at the Anchorage airport when we arrived at a late hour. The young women at the checkin and checkout were so helpful and friendly. We would positively recommend Alamo for anyone’s car rental needs.

Friendly fast servic right after we land and are excited to get out of the airport. Easy easy drop off when we get back to the airport. Everything has been fantastic.
