  Thank Alamo Car Rental Team for the experience driving in the snowing winter season of Alaska. From going uphill, downhill, on the highways, and through the rural and urban areas, the snow tires did not faul us. My husband was so happy and would not stop complimenting how fantastic the tires were and wanted to get the same during winter in Seattle. The first experience driving in actually snowing state made the experience surreal. Thank you Alamo for accepting our debit card and regardless of our declined background check through another car rental, we appreciate your accepting of who we are as a valued customer.   One day trip to Anchorage, Alaska to buy a wedding dress. Flights got messed up and we wound up having to spend extra hours in town. Extended our stay by 6 hours on the app and was advised it was another day charge. Returned the car withing three hours after original return time and received no extra charges. As usual, the Alamo staff goes above and beyond expectations. Car was newer, in excellent condition as always. Use Alamo for one way rentals pretty frequently and usually are the lowest cost but always the best and most reliable agency. Seems to be a company wide focus on customer service and it is evident in our experiences.

  All aspects of renting a car with Alamo were superior! The agent was professional and personable, and helped us pick out a great brand new vehicle. There wasn’t the mountains of paperwork I’ve experienced with other rental companies, and no signing my name and initials 1000 times. I liked that it was a completely paperless process. Leaving the garage was quick; no big inspection process of the vehicle. And coming back was just as seamless. All together it was a great rental experience that helped our trip go smoother. I may never use another agency again! Thanks Alamo for making the process simple like it should be!
