  Thank you Point S for fixing a mistake that I am sure was an accident. We really appreciate it and will continue to use your services, just take it nice and slow and make sure everyone leaves your shop safe. Again thank you for fixing the issue and now we are happy again.

  Your oil change guy with beard and a black guy with glasses were pretty rude for zero reason 3 of 3 times I’ve been in your shop.Not coming back.

  While I was getting my oil changed, I asked about the check engine light since they were inspecting my car, he said he would check it for me, cool. Tell me why he didn’t tell me it would be $150 just for checking it. That little bit of information would have been nice to know before I did +$400 of work on it the next day… My nephew goes there, we’re the same household. Communication with him is different than I as a female. Why? Do I need to bring a guy with me or have a male bring in my car? I could have gotten my car diagnosed for free by my brother. If that wasn’t an option, again, communication would have changed how I feel about the service…

  I went in to change out my winter tires. My mom got a call from the shop saying my new tire has a hole in them. It took them six hours to tell me that? It makes no sense because those tires are new and it literally looks like one of those workers did that. The day before my mom also went there and they said she needed to buy a new set of tires. Y’all are such scammers for real and we’re never coming back here again. Reply to the comment: My tires were pretty new and I brought my tires into another shop and they said it looks like someone damaged it whoever was WORKING on the tires. There’s no way I could have done that while loading those tires into my car. Let me see the camera footage then 😂

  Went in for an oil change and brake inspection. The shop staff was friendly, prompt, communicative and sent a full report with photos of part conditions along with the level of urgency to fix each part. Ended up getting the oil change, new air filter, a complete flush of the oil compartment, and new front brakes and rotors. A couple less urgent things will wait until next time. Making an appointment was easy and they got me in quickly and turned the car around in just a few hours! I will definitely use this shop again. Highly recommend!
