Awful… I purchased two sets of tires, and two trailer tires and at the time they were unable to offer any sort of discount. Literally, would not take $10 off. Fast forward a year and I had a simple flat repair. A nail in a tire that I purchased from them and they charged me $46.27 for the repair. Products and work was fine, but jeez they gouge. Kal tire would have done the repair for free if I had bought from them. I will be going elsewhere for my next set of tires. Follow up: they don’t deny they gouge. They charge nearly $50 for a service others offer for free. And yeah, I pay my bills. Doesn’t make what you charge right. And to clarify what you said in your response: it was only after I paid in full that you went and got the tech to grab my tire. Go to Trail Tire if you’re looking for tires in Whitecourt. Go to Grizzly Trucks if you’re looking in Grande Prairie or Edmonton.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
