- AWAllen WaleOct 30, 20251.0Awful… I purchased two sets of tires, and two trailer tires and at the time they were unable to offer any sort of discount. Literally, would not take $10 off. Fast forward a year and I had a simple flat repair. A nail in a tire that I purchased from them and they charged me $46.27 for the repair. Products and work was fine, but jeez they gouge. Kal tire would have done the repair for free if I had bought from them. I will be going elsewhere for my next set of tires. Follow up: they don’t deny they gouge. They charge nearly $50 for a service others offer for free. And yeah, I pay my bills. Doesn’t make what you charge right. And to clarify what you said in your response: it was only after I paid in full that you went and got the tech to grab my tire. Go to Trail Tire if you’re looking for tires in Whitecourt. Go to Grizzly Trucks if you’re looking in Grande Prairie or Edmonton.

- CWChris WheelerJul 8, 20235.0Wow! Excellent service! We were moving our house with a 30’ covered trailer when we blew two tires on the passenger side 30km out of Whitecourt @7:30pm. When we talk with Brian on the phone he had us text him some picks of the aftermath. He said he could work with it and was out installing new tires on the damaged rims within an hour. It got us to Whitecourt and the next day he had new rims by 10am, two new rims and four new tires we were back on the road. Exceptional service from the whole crew. On a side note, Brian is probably one of the nicest people we’ve met. Highly recommend Whitecourt Fountain Tire.
- JLJane LaneDec 16, 20184.0I went in for an oil change on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, despite not having the correct filter for my vehicle, they were still very quick to get one and complete my oil change in a timely manner. The only issue I had and the only reason I am giving 4 stars is the employee at the desk made it seem as though because they are licensed mechanics, it was an inconvenience for them to be doing an oil change. The mechanic however was very nice and even showed me how to reset my service reminder on my car.
