I didn’t have winter tires and started struggling with the mountains. I even got stuck in their parking lot and they had to pull me out. They helped me unhook the trailer to get winter tires, and also let me sit inside their heated bay for an additional hour because my windshield washer fluid was frozen solid. Solid people!
