  I hit a deer with the rental car. I had purchased the insurance and it was explained to me that if an accident occurred, I could "walk away from it" and Enterprise would handle the rest. This is not true. A month after the accident, I received a call from a Florida number from a woman named Karen K Botts. She left a voicemail and explained she was told what happened but not how. I was emailed a form to my email that I used when I rented it. I was asked to print it off, explain what happened (a month after the occurance, mind you) and then email it back to her. This is not what I paid for when I bought it. I called the rental establishment immediately after the occurance on the road and was asked no questions and when I returned the car, I spoke to someone in the rental store and explained the occurance and the person inside the establishment said "Yes my employees explained what happened. Thank you!" And asked no further questions, had no forms for me to fill out. The next day a guy phoned me and left a message asking when I was going to return the car ( that was sitting in front of his store). When I picked up the rental, there was one person in the office managing three customers standing in the reception area. The phone was ringing constantly the whole time. The attendant explained profusely that he was the only employee working that day. UPDATE: Called the attendant at the rental store and he did a search for Karen Botts and nothing showed up in the directory. He also looked into the rental and discovered that there is nothing left to address in the file. He responded with some direction that was helpful.

  We were in need of a rental car today and the one we ordered was not ready when we were there. The manager from this location Darrin R, went above and beyond and brought us the car we requested to our house which was so nice and top notch customer service so thank you!!! 😃

  Honestly these guys have great patience and it always seems everyone turns up at the same time. They keep their cool and do their best to help. I do think it’s unfair to only staff one front desk employee on weekends. Likely a cost cutting measure but I think a step backwards in terms of customer service.

  Amr is the guy! I have to rent cars/ trucks for work regularly and I usually go out of Sherwood Park. Now I’ll pick up and drop off in St. Albert because of this guy. Absolutely solid and a genuinely nice experience, I did not expect that level of service. Great work to the whole branch though for rolling with the punches (broken bay door). Will recommend. 💪
