  Amr and Darren were very helpful throughout everything. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable.   I worked with both Amr and Darren for my rental during bodywork after a car accident and the service was excellent. The morning I picked up they were short staffed, had a ton of rentals lined up but maintained professionalism, courtesy and communication while dealing with everything. Everyone who I dealt with, including the gentleman who picked me up from the body shop (I forgot his name) were personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this Enterprise location for future needs!

  I can’t say enough good things about the Branch Manager. I was in a stressful situation with a stuck vehicle, and he turned it into a 5-star experience. He was incredibly understanding, efficient, and generous with his time. The front staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and transparent. I enjoyed the car; it was immaculate, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. 5/5 experience!

  Amr (sorry if that’s wrong) was handling the entire place alone. He had 5 customers in line, plus handling the phones (which legit never stopped ringing.) and he did it with a smile and great sense of humor. Top notch employee! That being said, that is WAY too much work for one person, and if you’re going to be that short staffed, you MUST call someone in, or the manager (or higher up) should come assist. Despite how efficient Amr was, I was still 30 mins late for work, despite having this pick up booked weeks in advance. They also did not have the correct style of car for me. I was to pick up a small car, they had prepared a large SUV. Instead, they gave me a small SUV for the cost of the car (bless you, thank you) but I still pay the gas of the larger vehicle. Another gentleman in line had the same issue, though they offered him a truck, which would not suit him. More prep time, and more support, this place would be unstoppable. Today you let down a star employee, when you did not fill your sick calls. He deserves recognition for his non-stop hard work and great attitude. Thank you!

  The Manager, Darren... or the man in charge of our transaction... was rude to me and the mannerism of this man was not professional. Once we picked up our vehicle my husband was made primary driver but my credit card was charge. I am absolutely appalled by their process and customer service when we received this vehicle. I'm not 100% sure but I feel like my contract and their process doesn't match and voids many things but hey if thatd how you wanna do business go ahead. I will not be using this location going forward, and would prefer to leave a 0 star rating... and because of this experience I fear that other enterprise location will also have the same type of professionalism and mannerisms.. lacking and lacking of proper training.
