- ZBZefram Burwell3 days ago1.0I got an oil change and 10 minutes later when I was on the highway, my skid plate fell off. They only put 1 of the screws back instead of all of them. The only thing they offered was to replace the screws they lost if I came back. I had to pull over on the highway, put my safyin danger by reaching under my car to remove the dangling skid plate and the only thing they offered was to do what they should have done in the first place. Deplorable

My little car takes 3.5L of synthetic and that cost me over $135+, when any other quick service oil change place will do it for less than $100. Luckily I had a $15 dollar off coupon but that only brought it down to $122 with no wipers or air filter change.
